PMCOE Inc. is looking for exceptional project managers who can:
- Manage and implement large projects with multiple deliverables in accordance with industry project management standards
- Advise and communicate to key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Implement project plans while ensuring client policies, procedures and business processes are adhered to while meeting project requirements
- Work with clients to define project scope, deliverables and implement project plans using strategic planning approaches and project methodologies
- Develop and implement all consultation and communication plans
- Manage both financial and human resources provided to the project
- Plan and conduct project evaluation and post-implementation
- Maintain a sense of urgency and focus throughout the project's life cycle
Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional Designation
- University education and several years of experience managing projects
- Knowledge of methodologies and practices of change management
- Knowledge of business planning principles and processes
- Excellent communication, presentation and training skills
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and consultation skills
- Strong judgment an consensus building abilities
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the client organization
